Please note that for all shipments, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or duties and fees mandated by customs and can not ship out replacement packages.
Shipping charges can not be refunded.
Please also be aware that in the event that a delivery address is submitted incorrectly or mistypes when an order is placed, The First Cosmetic assumes no responsibility.
Shipping Destination: The First Cosmetic offers delivery throughout Canada only.
Shipping Restrictions: Deliveries cannot be made to P.O. Box addresses, rural postal codes, and remote locations considered “beyond points”.
Address: The First Cosmetic will deliver items you purchase to the address you provide in your order. Deliveries cannot be made to post office boxes.
Shipping Fees: Shipping fees vary depending on the order (weight, volume, destination and delivery time) and will appear on the screen before you confirm your order.
Order Processing: Takes up to 48 hours. Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET will begin processing the next business day.
Delivery Time: The First Cosmetic strives to have orders delivered as quickly as possible once your order is accepted, using the delivery method you select on the Site. Delivery times and fees will vary based on the shipment destination, delivery method selected and availability of products in inventory. Order is delivered three to seven business days after processing, pending availability and credit card verification.
Deliveries: Product deliveries are subject to the corporate policies of the delivery companies used by The First Cosmetic, which presently CanadaPost within Canada
Transfer Of Title: You become the owner of the products you ordered when The First Cosmetic turns your shipment over to the delivery company. You assume all associated risks at that point and The First Cosmetic will not be responsible for any loss, destruction or damage.
Payment in full: The First Cosmetic must receive payment in full for products before they can be shipped to you.
Order Tracking Information: Once an order has shipped, we’ll send you an e-mail with the tracking number. Just click on the link to take you to the carrier’s website to track the progress of your shipment. It may take 72 hours for your tracking number to be activated on our carrier’s site.
Please note orders of high value require a signature upon delivery.
Refused Shipments: We do our best to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that your box arrives in a damaged condition, please accept the delivery and call Customer Service so that we can assist you with your order as needed.
Please note that if you refuse your order, or any part of it without authorization, you will be responsible for all shipping charges.
Redirecting An Order: Please make sure your shipping address is correct—we cannot redirect orders once items have been dispatched. Sorry!
Return & Exchange Policy
Your 100% satisfaction is important to us. The First Cosmetic allows 7 day returns for product (with the exception of items purchased on sale or during promotions or if the product was open) at any time up until the end of the 7th day after they have been received.
*When returning a set or kit, we require all contents from the original set or kit. Partial items from a set or kit will not be refunded.
*Please note that all promotional products and gift with purchases, must be returned; Otherwise, refund amount will be minus the value of the gift.
*Please note that the original shipping costs cannot be refunded.
*We do not issue refunds for trial sizes
*You must pay the cost of shipping and insuring returned items
How to do a return:
Step 1: email us at email@example.com , or send a text message at +1-647-685-8138 . We will email you back with the return number. Wait until receive our email.
Step 2: Pack the items along with a copy of your invoice. Make sure you pack the item secures, so there will be no damage during transportation.
Step 3: send the package back to us at the address we provide.
*When your return arrives at The First Cosmetic, we will refund the amount in the original form of payment—less shipping costs—as soon as possible provided that the merchandise has been returned by you and received by The First Cosmetic.
